3D laser scanning

 

​At baustudio, I carried out several 3d laser scanning surveys at any scale, from 2 floor detached houses to 100+ apartments residential towers.

 

Surveys are planned and organized well in advance to guarantee access to all rooms and to optimize work time. On-site both tripod and handheld scanners are used (Leica RTC360 and Zeb Horizon Geoslam) to maximize productivity and floor coverage.

Back in the office raw data is checked and processed with proprietary software to assemble the point clouds that would be then included in the BIM modelling workflow to guarantee maximum dimensional accuracy and survey completeness.
