3D Printable parametric insole

 

This Grasshopper script has been developed to provide orthopedists and physiotherapists with an intuitive and quick interface to model, prototype and produce orthotic insoles. The input is a set of parameters that can be easily measured on the patient. The output is a ready to 3d print model that can be directly exported to a .stl format to maximize compatibility with slicers and 3d printer proprietary software. 

 

The script has been developed in close collaboration with a professional orthopedist that provided guidance on the input parameters and the user interface.
